Actually I have so many random drawings but I gave them away as birthday cards before scanning them in -_-

Ok should take a pic of my Landscape of the Mind which is totally nuts (It is drawing block size so can't scan in) like I drew a whole lot of siao ding dong stuff that would probably drive the teacher nuts.. E.g. there were pandas sticking their tongue out and traffic light without the green and red men inside and the green and red men had run somewhere else and there were cars which were actually hollowed-out apples on wheels with mice inside them..and a road which had a sign saying "Beware of the Zebra Crossing" and there is really a zebra crossing (as in the zebra, the animal, crossing the road) and a whole bunch of other crazy stuff...but a picture speaks a thousand words or more so maybe I should go find it I may have left it in my grandmother's house ZZZ I keep losing things spent a darn long time looking for my color pencils today, and then my pencils -_-

I remember this so clearly...it was the weekend before the physics test and I had not studied at all and while everyone was mugging their heads off..I was..painting

Actually was rushing and crying and the same time because I had to finish it in time to burn together with the other stuff my relatives were giving

The original painting isn't with me anymore..I think it should be hung up somewhere in my grandmother's house in heaven ^^

Eek the scanner ruined my drawing again.. -_-
And the colours just became so bright and separated..argh need to find some other way to put in my pics

I always wondered why the lampposts all over Singapore had to look all grey and identical...
(P.S. There is no photoshop in this post at all, but wondering if anyone here knows how to make the light effect more spectacular with photoshop? Can't really see the light here, looks weird ._.)

YEAHH I'm going to sign up for that free 30-day trial thing during the hols~

About 2 weeks ago I did this design for SAP reconnection which involved some Singapore-island shaped plug and another socket or something. Then he immediately said it was too cheesy and childish. But HAH in yesterday's newspaper there was this pluggy thingy in the newspaper done by one of those professional cartoonists and it copied my pluggy idea. Hah go tell that to the cartoonist whose name starts with F and ends with O or something. Goes to show I'm not really creative that other people also thought of it. But this proves art is actually very subjective. Like how there was this incident last time where they asked a 3-year-old to randomly splash paint on a canvas. Then they put it in a museum claiming it was done by a professional. And everyone wowed at it and thought it was "a great work of art indeed" because they really believed a professional did it. The end.

P.S. Watch out for my Lamppost Series which will be coming out after exams!

Firstly this is nothing to do with my own drawings..skip this if you want. In summary, it's my opinion on how some contemporary arts are so stupid and don't even deserve to be a part of art.
